Step 1: Navigate to the Sites page
To use Hawk’s Slack integration, first navigate to the Sites settings page. Each site you have configured shows a Slack icon, which will be bold if Slack is configured for that site, and grayed out if not. Click on the Slack icon for the site you want to connect to your Slack workspace.

Step 2: Slack Integration Connect Window
A modal window will come up. Choose which site you want to connect, then click the Connect button.

Step 3: Sign in to your Workspace
(Note: This step will be skipped automatically if you are already logged in to Slack.)
Enter the address of your Slack page, then click Continue.

Step 4: Log in to Slack
(Note: This step will be skipped automatically if you are already logged in to Slack.)
Enter your Slack username and password, then click Sign in.

Step 5: Choose Channel and Authorize
Select the channel you want to send alerts to, then click Authorize.

Congratulations! You’re done!
Notifications will begin to appear on the channel you specified.

Note that Hawk will only send one message to Slack per error. If a new error event happens, but it represents an error that has already been sent to Slack, Hawk will not resend it. If you want to see future occurrences of an error in Slack, click Mark resolved… in the error event’s options menu.
